Dog Agility displays are popular with spectators. The action can be fast and furious fun or a demonstration of close control with the remarkable bond that can developed between the handler and the dog.
Yeovil Agility Club regularly do displays in and around the South Somerset area.
If you are holding an event such as a fun dog show or a fete and would like an Agility display with running commentary then for more information please Email/phone us, and we will be only to happy to help where possible.
We also offer a "Pay as you go" simple agility course comprising of jumps, allowing the general public to participate in this activity. The proceeds of which will be split between a charity of your choice, and Club's charity.
The Club want to promote good dog ownership, and in our display package we provide factsheets and leaflets, from the Kennel Club, explaining what it means to be a responsible dog owner.
Diary date
September 12th - Dog Show - Happy Landings Animal Rescue Centre.
We put on a day of Displays and Have a Go for Happy Landings last year and they were delighted with the £80 we raised for them. And we had a great day out.
Where does the money go?
We split the proceeds raised from displays into two: a charity of the events organisers choice, and our Charity.
